J. Chad Parker is a Tyler native and Senior Partner in The Parker Firm P.C., where he practices in the areas of oil and gas litigation, trucking liability, commercial litigation, construction defects, automobile liability, products liability, and insurance defense.

Chad Parker is a skilled litigation trial attorney with over 16 years of extensive experience in handling large and complex civil cases.  Mr. Parker has tried approximately 50 cases to verdict in state and federal courts across East Texas.  He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization

Todd Parker

Jerry C. Parker

Of counsel to The Parker Firm P.C. Jerry C. Parker practices in the areas of environmental insurance defense, products liability, medical negligence, insurance defense, and personal injury law (plaintiff and defense).   Mr. Parker is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certified Mediator.

Gene W. Caldwell

Gene W. Caldwell grew up in Thornton, Texas between Waco and Tyler before attending college and law school at Baylor University.   Upon being admitted to the Bar, Mr. Caldwell moved to Tyler, where he served as Assistant District Attorney for Smith County before entering private practice.  Mr. Caldwell was a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer from 1982 to 1990, demonstrating a high degree of quality, competence, integrity, and professionalism.

Mr. Caldwell has demonstrated both a commitment to the legal profession and to his local community throughout his distinguished career.   He has served as a Director of the State Junior Bar of Texas, President of the Smith County Bar Association, a Director of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, a Director of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.  In addition, Mr. Caldwell has served on the Community Development Housing Committee for the City of Tyler, the Executive Committee of the Baptist General Convention of Texas, the Tyler-Smith County Child Welfare Board, and on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Tyler.

Tucker B. Royall, Jr.

As a law student at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Tucker B. Royall, Jr. was a Dean's Scholarship recipient and a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society.  Mr. Royall is an experienced oil and gas attorney as well as a title analyst and independent petroleum landman, with experience researching mineral title and interpreting related documents, negotiating lease and mineral purchases, composing preliminary title opinions, drafting curative documents, financial agreements and contracts, and performing all administrative aspects of land work. 

As a research and title analyst, Mr. Royall has researched ownership interests of individuals and trusts owning royalty and working interests in several hundred properties. He has been involved in all aspects of oil and gas production as it relates to royalty interests, including negotiating leases and on-site inspection of drilling activities, and has been directly involved in the management of farm and ranch leases, negotiating pipeline right-of-way contracts and easements, and timber management.

Mr. Royall brings this firsthand knowledge and experience to his practice of oil and gas law with The Parker Firm P.C.

Brian C. Campbell

Brian C. Campbell attended University of Houston Law Center where he was an Editor of the Environmental & Energy Law & Policy Journal, a speaker and brief writer for Jessup International Law Moot Court Super Regional Competition, a speaker for the University of Houston Law Center Moot Court Team, and also a member of University of Houston Law Center Health Law Organization. Mr. Campbell is an experienced research and brief writer and has been credited for his works in two published scientific journal articles.

Matthew Hancock

Matthew Hancock was a finalist in the 2008 Garland R. Walker Intramural Mock Trial Tournament while attending South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. Hancock obtained legal experience while working as Law Clerk conducting research, drafting motions, and preparing the Attorney for trials.
